Isle of Dogs
12:30pm – 4:30pm
This event will combine fun activities and sporting games for the whole family with FREE BBQ food! Free activities will include bouncy castle, giant slide, sumo wrestling, face painting, hair braiding, beat-the-goalie, community youth bus, team games, toddler area, cafe and a chill-out zone in a giant marquee.
Whitecross Street Party
Saturday / Sunday
12pm – 6pm
Slightly outside of our usual area, but as it features our friends at Disco Loco we have decided to feature this exciting event. You can expect all the delights of an old school street party with ouzels of community good will, but without the ration books and with lots more to boot. The Street party opens with a bang from 12-6pm on Saturday 19th and continues 12-6pm on Sunday the 20th July The fun can be found all along Whitecross Street EC1 and in the Fortune Street Park just off Whitecross Street (look for the sign).
Millfields Family Funday
Expect a terrific Sports day competitions, bouncy castles, face painting, relaxing massages, refreshments and more at this community event in Hackney.
Maryon Wilson Animal Park Summer Festival

11am – 3pm
There’s plenty to explore from nature trails to animal tours. You’ll even get a chance at holding a snake or owl, if you dare! The events taking place on the day are: A nature trail with prizes for everyone taking part, animal tours, meet the RDA ponies and get your photo taken, meet the new Ryeland lambs and enter the competition to name them!, story telling with Sandy Beach in the deer pen, reptile roadshow (hold a snake!), bouncy slide, hold an owl with JambsOwls.
Family Childrens Theatre Festival – Peter Pan and The Lost Boys

Family friendly outdoor children’s theatre performances at Canary Wharf for all the family to enjoy together. Peter Pan and The Lost Boys by Heartbreak Productions Grab your skateboard and prepare yourself for a fast and frenzied journey back to your childhood in this innovative adaptation of the iconic classic Peter Pan – so let your imagination run wild.
